§ 30.300   HOOK-UP OF CITY WATER FOR ALL PROPERTY OWNERS REQUIRED
   (A)   Each owner and occupant of premises located with the city shall hook all water lines to lines providing water from the City Utilities Department.
   (B)   No waterlines used by property within the city shall be connected to any other source of water other than water provided by the City Utilities Department.
   (C)   No person shall construct a well, cistern, or other source for water on any premises within the city.
