It shall be unlawful for anyone to introduce raw sewage into the sewer system of the city, other than licensed raw sewage transporters and residents of the city having a lawful tap onto the sewer system. It also shall be unlawful for any person to introduce grease, sewage sludge, or any other substances into the sewer or wastewater system of the city.
