Licensed raw sewage transporters shall be charged a rate per gallon based on the size of the tank in which the licensed raw sewage transporter is transporting the raw sewage. The current rate shall be five dollars ($5.00) per one hundred (100) gallons, and may be increased from time to time without prior notice if, in the sole opinion of the Superintendent, economic circumstances so require. Fees shall be paid in full on the first day of each month for all deliveries made during the prior month. Failure to make payment shall be a basis for rejection of deliveries until payment and interest is received, and may also be the basis for termination of a licensed raw sewage transporter's privilege to use the plant.
