For the purpose of this division, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.
“LICENSED RAW SEWAGE TRANSPORTERS.” Those persons having valid, current licenses with the Commonwealth of Kentucky under KRS 211.972, and other applicable law, and who are bonded as required by law.
“RAW SEWAGE.” Sewage as is defined by KRS 211.970(8). It specifically does not include grease or sewage sludge as the same are defined by KRS 211.970(3) and (10), respectively.
“THE PLANT.” The City of Grayson Sewage Treatment Plant.
