Any person aggrieved by any of the terms and provisions of §§ 30.150, 30.153, 30.154, 30.155, 30.157, or 30.159, may appeal a determination of liability or denial of reconnection to the Utility Superintendent by filing a written protest within twenty (20) days of the billing of a utility bill or the denial of a reconnection of service. The Superintendent shall review the protest and enter a ruling thereon, in writing, within ten (10) business days. If the protest is denied, an appeal may be taken to the Grayson Utility Commission if the same is filed, in writing, with the City Clerk within twenty (20) days of the date of the Superintendent’s ruling. The appeal shall be heard and disposed of at the next regular session of the Utility Commission or at any special meeting called for that purpose.
