§ 30.152   TAP-ON FEES
   (A)   Each structure must have its own tap. Residential taps will be assessed at a different rate than commercial or industrial. Rates will change each year according to inflation. Tap-on fees for various sizes of sewer taps shall be as follows:
   4 inch   tap residential         $ 800.00
   4 inch tap residential outside city   $ 1,000.00
   4 inch tap commercial         $ 1,000.00
   4 inch tap commercial outside city   $ 1,100.00
   6 inch tap commercial         $ 1,500.00
   6 inch tap commercial outside city   $ 1,600.00
   8 inch tap commercial         $ 1,900.00
   8 inch tap commercial         $ 2,000.00
   (B)   In the event there are extraordinary expenses in relation to any particular tap installation due to there the particular location of the tap or a rise in the cost of materials, then the Utilities Superintendent shall set the tap fee at a reasonable amount which will fairly compensate the Utilities Department considering its expenses and need for profit margin. The tap fee will be reviewed by the Utility Commission.
