(A) Any industrial user subject to reporting requirements established in this article shall maintain records of all information resulting from any monitoring activities. These records shall include for all samples:
(1) The date, exact place, method and time of sampling, and the name of the person or persons taking the samples;
(2) The dates analyses were performed;
(3) Who performed the analyses;
(4) The analytical techniques/methods used; and
(5) The results of the analyses.
(B) Any industrial user subject to the reporting requirements established in this article shall be required to retain, for a minimum of three (3) years,, any records of monitoring activities and results (whether or not the monitoring activities are required) and shall make the records available for inspection and copying by the city, the director, and the regional administrator. The period of retention shall be extended during the course of any unresolved litigation regarding the industrial user or POTW or when requested by the director or regional administrator.
