Wastewater contribution permits are issued to a specific user for a specification operation. A wastewater contribution permit shall not be reassigned or transferred to or sold to a new owner, new user, different premises, or a new or change operation without the approval of the city. Any succeeding owner or user shall also comply with the terms and conditions of the existing permit.
