§ 30.044   TRUNK LINES OR FEEDER LINES
   (A)   No sewer trunk lines or feeder lines or other equipment, within or without the city limits through which sewage flows directly or indirectly into the POTW shall be constructed or attached to the system until plans and specifications prepared by the registered engineer or other qualified person approved by the city have been approved by the Department of Health and the city.
   (B)   Upon approval of plans and specifications, a construction engineer or other qualified person approved by the city shall supervise the construction and installation of such lines and other equipment. Upon completion and approval of construction of trunk lines, feeder lines, pumps, and all other items being a part of the sewer facility, the developers and/or property owners shall dedicate to the city the sewer facility, free of all encumbrances of whatever nature, whereupon the city shall accept and maintain the same.
   (C)   The entire cost of plans and specifications and engineering supervision shall be borne by developers and/or property owners.
   (D)   The specifications shall conform to the city’s Water and Sewer System Specifications, latest revision.
