§ 29.104 STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES

   (A)   The city requires a statement of compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 from every subgrantee and contracting agency before entering into a contract.

   (B)   Subgrantees who are recipients of federal funds are:

      (1)   The Utility Department;

      (2)   The Police Department;

      (3)   The Fire Department;

      (4)   The Street Department; and

      (5)   The Parks Department.
