§ 29.103 RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL

   (A)   The responsibility for complying with the provisions of Title VI is vested in the Mayor, who is responsible for the administration of the city.

   (B)   Programmatic and financial monitoring occurs for each grant. When an on-site monitoring visit is made, the monitor will administer the Title VI Assessment Sheet. Once during each grant year, the Title VI Self-Survey will be completed and submitted to the City Council.
