§ 29.001   REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973; COMPLIANCE
   The city has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant Program by the Commonwealth of Kentucky for housing development infrastructure activities in the city. The city is required to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (24 CFR Part 8).
