§ 27.102 IMPLEMENTATION OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY

(A) The city designates its Human Rights Commission as the city's Equal Opportunity Review Board. In all cases involving employment actions, the decision of the Board, upon review of proceedings carried out in accord with the procedures established by this action, shall be filed.

(B) Equal opportunity hearing officers. In appropriate cases, the Equal Opportunity Review Board (Human Rights Commission) shall designate a disinterested person to conduct formal investigations and hearings on complaints of discrimination brought in the manner provided in § 27.104.
