§ 22.502   FINANCE DEPARTMENT
   Pursuant to KRS 83A.140(6), there is hereby established the Finance Department for the city government. The Finance Department shall be headed by the City Treasurer, whose duties and responsibilities shall be as set forth in § 21.302.
