The membership of the Commission shall consist of seven (7) members, or as may otherwise from time to time be required by law. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor from a list of candidates and otherwise in the manner required under KRS 91A.360(1). The Commission shall be organized as is required from time to time by law, and initially shall be structured as is presently provided for under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky set forth in KRS 91A.360(4).
