§ 22.251   MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT
   (A)   Membership. The Park Board shall consist of five (5) members who shall be adults, a majority of whom shall be city residents, and shall not hold an office with the city.
   (B)   Appointment. Members shall be appointed by the City Council. If possible, a representative of the Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce and Grayson Jaycees shall at all times serve on the Board.
