§ 22.203   APPOINTMENT
   Four (4) public members: The requirement for appointment to the Commission is that the public member be a customer of the City of Grayson Utilities. Public members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council for four (4) year terms. The only exception being the initial appointment of the Commission upon its creation whereby the members are appointed as follows: one (1) member - one (1) year term, one (1) member - two (2) year term, one (1) member - three (3) year term, one (1) member - four (4) year term. Thereafter, one Commissioner shall be appointed annually. Commissioners may be allowed to serve more than one (1) term.
