(A) The Utility Commission shall be composed of five (5) members as follows: The Mayor of the City, or the Mayor’s designee, and four (4) public members.
(B) The Mayor shall be a member of the Commission during his/her term of office as Mayor but shall be ineligible to serve as Chairperson of the Commission. The Mayor may appoint someone as his/her designee to serve a term at the pleasure of the Mayor. All other rights and duties of the Commission shall apply.
