§ 22.200 DEFINITIONS

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.

   “COMMISSION.” The City of Grayson Utility Commission.

   “MAYOR.” The Mayor of the City of Grayson.

   “PUBLIC MEMBERS.” Those members of the Utility Commission who are not officers or employees of the city.

   “PRESENT MEMBERS.” Those members who are now serving on the Grayson Utility Commission.
