§ 22.061   APPOINTMENTS TO BE PUBLIC RECORD
   A public record of the appointment of each member of the Auxiliary Police and the termination of his appointment shall be kept in the records of the Chief of Police of the city. The records shall consist of a copy of the written order of appointment, the original of the written oath, properly executed, the bond executed by the appointee, and any written order terminating the appointment or the original of the appointee’s resignation.
