§ 22.050   ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP
   (A)   There is hereby created and established an auxiliary police force, to be known as the Grayson Auxiliary Police, and membership shall consist of not more than ten (10) persons.
   (B)   The Auxiliary Police shall be made up of persons whose residence qualifications would qualify them to be a member of the Police Department of the city. Regular full-time members of the Police Department shall not, however, be eligible for membership in the Auxiliary Police.
   (C)   Each member of the Auxiliary Police shall be in good physical condition, be able to read, write, and understand the English language, be of good character, and a person of sobriety and integrity and shall be an orderly, law-abiding citizen.
   (D)   Each member shall be not less than twenty-one (21) years of age.
