(A) The person holding the office of Police Chief of the city shall hold the office as his sole and exclusive employment and shall hold the office to the exclusion of all other employment, either full or part-time.
(B) Further, the Police Chief shall remain within the city at all times while on duty, except to the extent that official business of his office shall require his presence outside the city limits.
