Violations of ordinances that are enforced by the City Code Enforcement Board or an assigned hearing officer may be subject to the penalty sections of any individual ordinance violated; or, in the alternative, the City Code Enforcement Board or an assigned hearing officer may in their discretion use the following schedule of standard civil fines:
