(A) Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined $100 for each offense. Each day the person continues the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the penalties provided in division (A), the tax or fee may be collected from the licensee from the date the same is due by civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state and recovery shall not relieve the person from the payment of a fine for engaging in any business herein mentioned without a license to do so.
