The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code) as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:060 (and any further amendments thereto) by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Building, and Construction on the advice and recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full by the City of Graymoor-Devondale, Jefferson County, of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Copies of the code book are available through the Department of Housing, Building, and Construction, 1047 US 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
