§ 38.05 OPENING FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   No person, unless authorized by the village or the Grass Lake Charter Township Fire Department or state statutes, shall use any fire hydrant, except in case of emergency.
   (B)   In no case shall any wrench or tool be used on any fire hydrant other than a regulation Department of Public Works or Fire Department hydrant wrench.
