§ 114.10 IDENTIFICATION CARD.
   Any police or code official may require any person seen soliciting or peddling, who is not known by such official to hold an approved application, to show proof of identity for verification with the Village Clerk, and to enforce the provisions of this chapter against any person found to be violating them.
