Permission obtained under this chapter shall not relieve any person of the responsibility for obtaining any other permit, license or authorization required by any ordinance, regulation, statute or administrative rule. No peddler or solicitor shall be allowed to distribute food until the applicant and any vehicle and equipment used by such applicant are approved by the Health Department for the State of Michigan or Jackson County, if such approval is required by law.
