§ 154.141 LOCATION OF THE PUD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT.
   A PUD District is hereby established and shall be located as an overlay district in any residential or open space zoning district of the village. This overlay district is intended to replace the underlying zoning districts upon formal application to the Planning Commission and approval of the Village Council. Denial of an application for PUD shall not change the underlying zoning district and regulations.
