(A) Compensation of President. The President of the Village Council shall be paid as established by resolution for each regular meeting attended of the Village Council. Payment shall be made annually from the village’s General Fund.
(B) Compensation of President Pro-Temp. The President Pro-Temp of the Village Council shall be paid as established by resolution for each regular meeting attended of the Village Council. Payment shall be made annually from the village’s General Fund.
(C) Compensation of Trustees. The Trustees of the Village Council shall be paid as established by resolution for each regular meeting attended of the Village Council. Payment shall be made annually from the village’s General Fund.
(D) Meeting attendance required for compensation. The President and the Trustees of the Village Council will receive compensation for all regular meetings as long as they attend 90% of the meetings per year.
(E) Additional compensation; adjustments to compensation. The President, President Pro-Temp and Trustees of the Village Council shall receive no other compensation for services performed for and on behalf of the village. Compensation of the President, President Pro-temp and Trustees of the village may be reduced as required by any applicable state and federal law to account for standard withholdings and deductions.
(F) Date of payment. Compensation for village officers will be paid annually for each fiscal year on the third Monday in November.
