§ 30.03 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The Zoning Board of Appeals for the village, heretofore created in accordance with former Public Act 207 of 1921, being MCL 125.581 et seq., as amended and now subject to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, being MCL 125.3101 et seq., is hereby continued. The organization of the Board and its powers and duties shall be as specified in §§ 154.310 to 154.313 and 154.325 to 154.331 of this code.
