§ 112.12 SAVINGS CLAUSE.
   Pursuant to § 13(5) of the Act, being MCL 484.3113(5), if § 8 of the Act, being MCL 484.3108, is found to be invalid or unconstitutional, the modification of fees under § 112.11 of this code shall be void from the date the modification was made.
