§ 112.10 ESTABLISHMENT AND PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE FEE.
   In addition to the nonrefundable application fee paid to the village as set forth in § 112.04(D) of this code, a telecommunications provider with telecommunication facilities in the village’s public rights-of-way shall pay an annual maintenance fee to the Authority, pursuant to § 8 of the Act, being MCL 484.3108.
