In the interest of maintaining public health, safety and the general welfare and the comfort and repose of village residents, the village hereby provides for the regulation and use of fireworks in the village, as provided in Public Act 256 of 2011, being MCL 28.451 et seq., as may be amended, and repeals all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
