§ 97.03 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. In addition to its normal meaning, the term PERSON, as used in this chapter, means a person who causes or makes an unlawful noise or a person who is in control of a property or premises from which an unlawful noise originates or emanates.
