§ 94.02 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the village by requiring that all permitted outdoor furnaces and outdoor furnace systems are properly located, installed and maintained consistent with this chapter and the manufacturer’s instructions.
