§ 90.02 NOISE.
   No person owning, possessing or having charge of any dog, pet or other animal shall permit that animal to make loud, frequent or habitual barking, yelping, howling, screaming or other annoying sounds.

§ 90.03 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   No person owning, possessing or having charge of any cattle, mule, sheep, swine, goat or other hoofed animal shall ride, drive or allow that animal to go upon any sidewalk or street within the village limits, except horses, which are permitted on village streets under reasonable control.

§ 90.04 VICIOUS ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person owning, possessing or having charge of any vicious animal shall permit that animal to be unconfined unless securely muzzled and led by a leash.
   (B)   Any animal shall be deemed to be vicious which has bitten a person or other animal without molestation or provocation or which, by its actions, gives indication that it is liable to bite any person or animal without molestation or provocation.

§ 90.05 CRUEL TREATMENT.
   No person owning, possessing or having charge of any dog, pet or other animal shall cruelly treat, abuse or fail to provide adequate food or water for the dog, pet or other animal.

§ 90.06 VIOLATIONS.
   Any person who violates any of the acts enumerated in the foregoing sections shall be liable to have the dog, pet or other animal seized and impounded by any village or county law enforcement officer.

§ 90.07 SEIZURE; IMPOUNDMENT.
   Any animal seized or impounded under this chapter shall be taken to the County Animal Shelter, where the animal shall be kept until recovered by that person or disposed of according to established County Animal Shelter rules and procedures.
