509.10 NUISANCE.

(a) A violation of Section 509.01, 509.011, 509.02, 509.03(a) or 509.09 of the Codified Ordinances, and a place where any such a violation occurs, are hereby declared to be nuisances.

(b) A nuisance is subject to abatement as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 3767, or any other action provided by law.

As used in this section, “place” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 3767.01.
