(a) No minor under the age of fourteen years shall be upon any street or other public place in the Municipality between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless accompanied by the parent, guardian or other adult having the care, custody or control of such minor.
(b) No minor under the age of sixteen years shall be upon any street or other public place in the Municipality between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless accompanied by the parent, guardian or other adult having the care, custody or control of such minor.
(c) No minor under the age of eighteen years shall be upon any street or other public place in the Municipality between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m., unless accompanied by the parent, guardian or other adult having the care, custody or control of such minor.
(d) Any minor may be upon any street or other public place while directly enroute to or from any meeting, function or event held or sponsored by any school, religious or community organization.
(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
