351.14 PARKING OF LARGE VEHICLES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (a) Prohibitions. No person shall park any truck, with a hauling capacity more than one and one-half tons, tractor, trailer, bus or camper upon the streets and alleys of the Municipality, for more than two hours.
   (b) Exceptions. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any such vehicle being used to make deliveries or pickups at the time of its being parked, or if the vehicle is being used in connection with the construction or repair of property adjacent to the street or alley upon which such vehicle is parked.    (c)   Except as otherwise provided herein, whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; whoever violates any provision of this section, and has pleaded guilty to or been convicted within the past twelve months of a violation of any Ohio law or municipal ordinance regulating the operation of motor vehicles on streets or highways, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; whoever violates any provision of this section, and has pleaded guilty to or been convicted within the past twelve months of more than one violation of any Ohio law or municipal ordinance regulating the operation of motor vehicles on streets or highways, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
