(a) No person shall operate a through truck, other than an emergency vehicle or public safety vehicle, on any Village street or alley except a truck route.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree on any subsequent offense.
