(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense; for each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (b) Whoever violates Section 171.22 shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) a day
