125.07 "QUALIFIED VENDOR" DEFINED.

For the purposes of this chapter, "qualified vendor" means a person who has met the Village's appropriately specified criteria pursuant to the needs of the relevant purchase or contract. (Ord. 17-2013. Passed 9-4-13.)
