123.02 DEPARTMENTS HEADED BY MANAGER.

The Manager shall head the following departments or offices in addition to his duties

as Manager until the assignment to these duties is changed by action of Council:

   (a)    Department of Finance and Administration;

   (b)    Department of Safety;

   (c)    Department of Service;

   (d)    Purchasing Agent;

   (e)    Director of Personnel; and

   (f)    Director of Finance.
