In any district no accessory building or structure shall be erected, placed or constructed on any lot or parcel prior to the erection or construction of the principal or main building with the exception of the contractor's temporary building. Contractor's temporary building use is limited to equipment storage and contractor's office. Real estate sales conducted from the contractor's temporary building are permitted only until the construction of the first building on the site, which shall act as a sales office. (Ord. 11-2023.
