The subdivider/developer shall prepare and submit a Traffic Control Plan to be reviewed and approved by the Service Director. The subdivider/developer shall install all traffic control devices throughout the subdivision/development. All traffic control devices shall be in accordance to the Ohio Department of Transportation, Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. All traffic control devices shall be installed prior to the beginning of the one-year warranty period as described in Section 1121.02
(e).
