The subdivider/developer shall submit a Public Street Lighting Plan to provide public street lights throughout the subdivision/development within the right of way. The plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission. The type of fixture and details of installation shall conform to the standards established by the Municipality at the time the plan is submitted.
