Sidewalks shall have a minimum width of five (5) feet, be located within the street right of way, be constructed in accordance with Section 907.05. All corners shall be designed to ODOT Standards. All sidewalks shall be considered as part of the street. All sidewalks shall be installed by the subdivider/developer prior to the beginning of the One-Year Warranty Period as described in Section 1121.02
