The Subdivision and Development Regulations, principles, standards and requirements set forth herein shall be applied by the Planning Commission in evaluating the proposed subdivision plans submitted for their consideration. However, if physical conditions interfere, the Planning Commission may recommend deviation from the established requirement so as to carry out the overall intent of these standards. (Ord. 21-95.
