902.03 CONSTRUCTION.

Whenever any person or persons wish to construct or reconstruct streets within the Municipality, such construction shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1117 of the Planning and Zoning Code as determined by the Development Commission or Council, whichever is appropriate.
